3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for campaign setup and management
• Grant necessary access to advertising accounts, websites, and relevant platforms
• Ensure all products, services, and content you advertise comply with applicable laws and platform policies
• Make timely payments according to agreed terms
• Communicate changes in business, products, or objectives that may affect campaigns

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Service fees are billed in advance on a monthly or per-project basis
• Ad spend budgets are the responsibility of the client and are separate from management fees
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

All creative assets, strategies, reports, and proprietary methodologies developed by Future Marketing Agency remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables created specifically for their campaigns.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This includes client business data, campaign strategies, and performance metrics.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future Marketing Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services or website.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. We will provide all account access and relevant data back to the client within 7 business days of termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
